Teens and adults, with or without a diagnosis
The work is for teens facing a difficulty that affects their ability to act, cope, and participate in daily life. There doesn't need to be a diagnosis to start, and a diagnosis on its own doesn't determine whether the work is a fit.
What does the teen struggle to do today, and what does he need to become able to do more?

ADHD & Attention
A teen who struggles to stay on task, jumps between things, acts before thinking, has trouble stopping, or needs constant reminders to stay organized and keep going. The work focuses on attention, pausing before reacting, and persistence, through tasks that require noticing, stopping, and choosing in real time.

A teen who struggles when a plan or rule changes, gets stuck when something doesn't go as expected, or has trouble adjusting when demands shift. The work allows practicing change and adaptation within action, gradually and at the teen's own pace.

A teen who gives up in advance, avoids new experiences, shrinks activities, or struggles to stay in a situation that feels uncomfortable. The work combines graded physical experiences that let him stay active even amid discomfort, not forcing him to "overcome fear," but building the capacity to keep acting.

A teen who finds it hard to start a task without a push, plan ahead, switch between things, or persist when it's hard, even when it's clear he's capable. Instead of practicing this only verbally or on paper, the work builds tasks that require him to plan, decide, and persist in action.

A teen who reacts more intensely than the situation calls for, struggles to calm down after frustration, or is easily overwhelmed by noise, change, or load. The work practices identifying and adjusting the response in real time, through movement, pace, and breaks.

Even without a clear diagnosis, a teen can struggle to start things on his own, persist, adapt to change, or participate more: at school, with friends, or at home. In these cases, the starting point is the functional difficulty itself, not a label.
To the Knowledge Center →
What about adults? The same principles can fit adults facing difficulties with attention, regulation, flexibility, initiative, or function, depending on their situation and goals.
Who it's less suited for
The work requires basic participation from the teen and consistent attendance, and when those aren't there, other paths tend to fit better. That's the case when there's significant, ongoing resistance to attending, when regular sessions aren't possible, or when the main need right now is intensive emotional therapy, parent guidance alone, or a different clinical framework.
In those situations, a better fit is likely with another professional or framework, and recognizing that is part of the job.
The diagnosis doesn't determine the fit. The teen, his specific functional difficulty, and the capacity he needs to develop: that's the starting point.
